Children are always welcome at SABC. From our Tiddlers toddler group to Church Club and Sunday activities, we seek to provide a safe, caring and enjoyable environment where children can learn, play and discover more about Jesus.
Tiddlers
For babies, toddlers, parents, grandparents and carers
Tiddlers is a friendly and welcoming group where little ones can play, explore and make friends while parents and carers enjoy conversation and support from others in the local community.
Each session includes a variety of toys and activities suitable for babies and preschool children, along with refreshments and time to chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
We finish together with a short time of singing, helping children enjoy familiar songs and actions in a fun and engaging way.
Whether you are a first-time parent, grandparent, childminder or carer, you can be sure of a warm welcome at Tiddlers.
Many of the families who attend build lasting friendships, and some children continue on to our Church Club as they grow older.

Church Club
For children in primary school
Church Club meets each week and provides a fun, friendly place where children can learn about God, make friends and enjoy a variety of activities together.
Each session includes:
- Energetic games and activities
- Bible stories and discussion
- Short readings from the Bible
- Crafts linked to the week’s theme
- Songs and action games
- Time to pray together
Children enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where they can explore the Christian faith through stories, creativity and play.
Many of our children first joined us through Tiddlers and have continued their journey as they have grown older. Church Club provides a natural next step, helping children build friendships and discover more about God’s love.

Sundays at SABC
When children visit us on a Sunday, we provide activities appropriate to their age. This may include Bible stories, crafts, colouring activities, quizzes and discussions designed to help children learn about Jesus in an engaging and enjoyable way.

At SABC, we want every child and family to feel welcome, valued and safe.
We take safeguarding seriously and are committed to creating a caring environment where children can enjoy activities, build friendships and learn about Jesus. Our children’s work is supported by trained volunteers and operates in line with the church’s safeguarding policy.
